HERBED ONION BREAD

(Taste of Home 2002)

1-1/4 cups water
1-1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp powdered milk
2 tbsp margarine or shortening
3 cups all-purpose flour (Robin Hood)
2 tbsp dried minced onion
1 tbsp dill weed
1-1/2 tsp active dry yeast

Place all ingredients in bread machine pan.

You may have to adjust to suit your taste and/or machine.

Select basic bread setting.

Choose crust color and loaf size if applicable.

Yield: 1 loaf (1-1/2 pounds)
