MARG’S BUTTER TARTS

PASTRY

2 EGGS

2 CUPS BROWN SUGAR

1/2 TSP. VANILLA

2 TBSP. VINEGAR

1/2 CUP MELTED BUTTER

1/8 CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS (OPTIONAL)

1/2 CUP RAISINS

 

BEAT EGGS & SUGAR TOGETHER.

ADD VANILLA AND VINEGAR.

STIR IN MELTED BUTTER, WALNUTS AND RAISINS.

LINE TART PAN WITH PASTRY.

FILL 3/4 FULL WITH MIXTURE.

BAKE AT 350 F. FOR 15 - 20 MINUTES.
