500 g lean boneless pork
50 ml soy sauce
15 ml fat
750 ml cooked rice
250 ml chopped onion
2 ml salt
1 clove garlic, crushed
0.5 ml pepper
125 ml green pepper, cut in strips0
0.5 ml ginger
125 ml diagonally sliced celery
500 ml coarsely chopped mushrooms (about 250 g)
Cut pork in thin strips.
Brown in fat 4 to 5 minutes.
Remove pork from pan.
Saute onion, garlic, green pepper, celery and mushrooms until onion is transparent. Combine soy sauce and rice.
Combine pork, vegetables and seasonings with rice.
Heat 2 to 3 minutes. Serves 6.
