ROCKY ROAD FUDGE

350 gm pkg chocolate chips/2 cups/12 oz
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp margarine/butter
2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
2-1/2 cups peanuts, chopped coarse
250 gm pkg miniature marshmallows/10 oz
In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips with milk and margarine.
Remove from heat.
In large bowl combine vanilla, peanuts and marshmallows.
Fold into chocolate mixture.
Spread into 13"x9" (33 cm x 23 cm) pan lined with wax paper. If desired, mixture can be dropped by teaspoon on wax paper lined cookie sheet.
Chill until firm, approximately 2 hours.
Remove from pan and peel off wax paper.
Cut into 1-1/2" (4 cm) squares.
Makes about 3 dozen squares.
