STRIPED DELIGHT
Delicious!
1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted margarine
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp milk
8 oz Cool Whip topping, thawed
2 pkgs (4 serving) Jello chocolate instant pudding and pie filling*
3-1/2 cups cold milk
Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted margarine.
Press firmly into bottom of 13x9 inch pan.
Beat cream cheese with sugar and 2 tbsp milk until smooth.
Fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping.
Spread over crust in pan.
Using appropriate *cold milk, prepare instant pudding as directed on package
Pour over cream cheese layer.
Chill several hours or overnight.
Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding.
Garnish with grated chocolate or chopped nuts, if desired.
Try pistachio, lemon and butterscotch flavors too.
