TUNA RICE SALAD  

(I got this from my brother Dale)

 

1 CAN LIGHT TUNA

3 CUPS COLD COOKED RICE

1-1/2 CUPS CHOPPED CELERY

3 TBSP. RAISINS, BOILED

1/2 TSP. CURRY POWDER

1 TSP. LEMON JUICE

1/4 TSP. SALT

1 TBSP. GRATED ONION

DASH OF PEPPER

1/2 CUP SALAD DRESSING

 

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS AND CHILL FOR SEVERAL HOURS BEFORE SERVING.
